Aldi Sale - Shepherd's Pie

Aldi has some great sales this week (October 11th - 17th)
including Organic - Grass Feed Ground Beef and Frozen Veggies.
To combine these two sale items this week, I made Shepherd's Pie primarily from Aldi ingredients for a steel.
Grocery Items Purchased ($9.27)
Organic Grass Feed Ground Beef – Aldi Sale $4.49/pound – These came in 4 pound packs, but I was able to freeze 2 pounds and use 1 pound in another recipe.
Frozen Mixed Veggies - $0.79
Potatoes (10 lb bag) - $3.99
